Q. Does threads take special orders?
A. Yes.
Q. I placed an order at a craft show, how long before I receive it?
A. Generally, 3 to 4 weeks. If you haven't heard from us within 4 weeks, please call or email.
Q. Does threads have a store?
A. Our store is open 6 weeks prior to Christmas.
Q. Do you do mail orders?
A. Yes, we mail anywhere in the US.
Q. What is the shipping fee?
A. We do not have a set shipping fee, usually $4.00 to $6.00.
Q. Can you do business logos?
A. Yes! We would love to have the opportunity to work with you.
Q. I have seen threads work on school sweatshirts/items. Can you do them for my school?
A. It depends. Some schools have rules and regulations that have to be followed. We would be happy to do any research necessary.
Q. Does threads only do shirts?
A. NO! We offer numerious items, including but not limited to, shirts, coats,caps,hats, stadium seats, scarfs, pants, coolers and blankets.
Q. What brands of clothing do you use?
A. Our regular sweatshirts and cardigans are usually on Jerzees. Jerzees make great sweatshirts! We also use, District Threads, Port Authority, Nike Golf, PING, Comfort Colors, Genuine Pigment Dyed are just a few.

This looks AWESOME Nat! I love the sweatshirts you did for my family's Christmas get together. The embroidery quality is great and much better than just a transfer that comes off in the wash. Thanks again and I can't wait to order more!
